Travel, kept together.

Bookings arrive as a pile of emails. Kestreli turns them into one calm timeline, with your passports and passes stored offline, the day ahead at a glance, and sharing that doesn't ask anyone to install anything.

Free plan, no card, forever. Built by one person and funded by travelers, not ads.

How it works

Paste. Approve. Travel.

No inbox permissions, no scraping, no setup ritual. Kestreli meets your plans where they already are: your clipboard, a forwarded email, or a flight number you type.

1

Paste a confirmation

Flight, hotel, train, dinner: paste the confirmation and Kestreli reads out the details. Rather forward the email, or just type a flight number? Both work, and fill in the same way. You review before anything is saved, and the raw text is encrypted, used once, and auto-deleted within 30 days (sooner if you discard the import). It never touches your inbox.

2

See the whole trip

Everything lands on one timeline, each stop in its own local time, so there's no 3 a.m. math. Attach the papers that matter, and invite co-travelers with a link and a role, not another account to create.

3

Travel with it

The Today view keeps now and next in reach. Your vault works in airplane mode, behind Face ID. Calendars stay current by live feed, and a printable brief covers the battery-dead worst case.

What's inside

Small app. Sharp tools.

A timeline that respects clocks

Every plan is stored with its real time zone. A red-eye lands when it actually lands.

An offline document vault

Passports, passes, insurance cards: encrypted, cached on your phone, and openable with no signal.

Sharing without demands

Send a view link anyone can open in a browser. Revoke it any time; it dies within a minute.

Calendars that stay true

A live feed for Apple or Google Calendar. Plans change; your calendar follows, no re-import.

A brief worth printing

One clean PDF of the whole trip, good for the glovebox, the in-laws, or the day your battery quits.

Reminders on the trip's clock

Check-in windows and checkout times in the hotel's time zone, and quiet the rest of the time. No marketing pings, ever.

Flights that fill themselves in

Type the airline, number, and date, and the route, times, and time zones complete themselves. Then live status on the timeline: gates, delays, cancellations.

Advisories & weather, in view

Official travel advisories (US State Dept or UK FCDO, your pick) and the forecast for your trip days, right on the trip.

Money that makes sense

Costs on any plan, shown in your home currency at the official ECB rate, plus a converter for the taxi line.

Private by design

Your itinerary is nobody's product.

  • No inbox access. You paste what you choose; the raw text is parsed once, then auto-deleted within 30 days (sooner if you discard it).
  • No ads, no data sales, no tracking. One subscription pays for everything.
  • Encrypted vault. Documents are encrypted with per-user keys before they touch storage. We're also honest that this isn't marketing-speak "zero knowledge."
  • Your exit is built in. Export everything as JSON, or delete your account for real: files, plans, and sign-in, all gone.
