Account and privacy
Signing in
Kestreli uses Sign in with Apple, so there's no password to manage. If you chose to hide your email, Apple gives us a private relay address and everything still works.
What Kestreli holds
Your trips and itineraries, your profile details, and — if you subscribe — your subscription status. Travel documents in the wallet are the exception: those never leave your device. The full picture is in the privacy policy.
Deleting your account
Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, your trips and itineraries, and your profile data from Kestreli, and erases any travel documents held on that device. It cannot be undone.
Removing Sign in with Apple is not the same thing
In iOS Settings you can remove an app's access under your Apple Account's Sign in with Apple list. For Kestreli that disconnects sign-in and signs you out — it does not delete your data. Signing in again with the same Apple ID returns you to the same account. To actually erase everything, use Delete Account in the app.
A subscription is separate
Deleting your Kestreli account does not cancel an active subscription, because Apple handles billing. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See Kestreli Pro.
