Early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a price, particular features, or a launch date. Any early-access invitation is offered at our discretion and may change or be withdrawn.

No warranty

The site and any pre-launch information are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Kestreli is not yet available, and nothing here is a binding offer or a promise of future functionality.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated abuse of the sign-up form, and don't submit anyone else's information without their permission.

Intellectual property

The Kestreli name, the kestrel mark, and the content of this site are owned by Farholm LLC. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
