Kestreli is a product of Farholm LLC ("we", "us"), a Pennsylvania company. This policy covers the Kestreli marketing site and its early-access waitlist. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, plus basic technical metadata: a timestamp, which page you signed up from, and your browser's user-agent, to prevent abuse. That's it. We don't ask for your name, and we use no tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

Why we use it

To tell you when early access opens and to send occasional updates about Kestreli. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

How it's stored and shared

Your email is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the waitlist (currently Cloudflare, and later an email-delivery provider), under confidentiality.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask us to access or delete your data, at any time. Just email [email protected]. If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK-GDPR/GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, and objection), and may complain to your data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the waitlist.

External services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from Cloudflare's CDN, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
